About this position

To provide on-site user technical support to customers and sales team by visits, phone calls, email communications and hands-on. To constantly take up initiatives to study new products and new technologies aligned with client or current market trends and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Products Demonstration
• Product workflow presentation
• Product validation: inhouse and on-site depend on requirements
• In depth technical discussions
• Lead the compilation of applications and marketing materials for relevant customers
• Applications training: product retraining (hardware & software)
• Troubleshooting: reagent and equipment
• Support team to achieve salesman targets through indirect channels e.g. salesman product knowledge, education program, marketing activities (e-letter, seminar, etc.)
• To be responsible for the maintenance of the Microbiological Innovation Center (MIC) laboratory.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial microbiology/biology/biotechnology
• Strongly in people management with can-do attitude
• Have experience in validation in the field.
• Deep scientific knowledge of microbiology or immunology and/or Molecular principles
• Good understanding of industrial microbiology/pharmaceutical and blood bank workflow solutions
• Communication skill in English is preferable.
• Ability to travel and can work under pressure.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Immunology and/or Molecular or Microbiology or related field.
