Assistant Manager, HR Business Partnering
About this position
Manage HR end-to-end processes for employee life cycle such as Recruitment & onboarding, Employee Relations, Internal HR Communication, Employee Engagement, Talent retention, Talent management and movement. To ensure all employees are aligned with DKSH’s practices and policies. The HRBP will lead Talent & leadership development, and drive Training & Development strategy. To retain existing talent & build potential talent to ensure we are having the right fit employee into the right job and DKSH culture.
Responsibilities
• Handle HR end to end processes for employee life cycle such as final interview, salary proposal, disciplinary action, competitive pay, employee engagement and retention, employee exit.
• Work closely with line manager / Head of BU to identify the talent and development plan.
• To certify Train the Trainer and support line manager to conduct training as a plan.
• Lead Talent management including Mentor & Mentee programs.
• Implement Training & Position matrix and evaluate existing employees’ gap.
• Work closely with peers (HRM and T&D specialists) to ensure annual training is effective and arrange as a plan.
• Create all training course outlines (English / Thai) versions to certify at Skills & Development department.
• To develop digital material and upload into SuccessFactors as new normal working style or HRD digital.
• Work closely with RTA team to ensure we recruit the right fit candidate and talent pipeline.
• Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement, DKSH’s core values, DNA & activity initiatives to increase employee engagement.
• Work closely with line manager to implement change management initiatives across organization.
• Support line manager to handle Employee Relations and disciplinary action to apply to company work rules, and regulations.
• Leading modern HR communication & HR digital.
• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Talent management projects as assigns by line manager.
Requirements
• At least 5-7 years of direct experiences in HR generalist, HR Organization Development, Talent management, Training & Development.
• At least 2-3 years of experience to implement and delivering formal training programs, internal trainer or speaker is a must.
• Good command of HR Digital platform, Training Tools, MS. Office, especially MS. PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking, initiative and think out of box.
• Experiences to handle stakeholder who more seniority in manager level.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
