Business Development Leader TASKI - SEA & ANZ
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop growth plans for SEA & ANZ based on direction from the Emerging Markets TASKI Sales Director. These plans must include identifying profitable customer and distribution opportunities.
• Primary responsibility is to drive growth through new business, developing processes to generate leads and opportunities throughout SEA & ANZ.
• Implement/coordinate successful launches of new innovations to key accounts and distribution partners, leveraging multi-media including video.
• Managing successful key account rollouts.
• Must drive engagement with Diversey sector sellers.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional colleagues.
Requirements
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Marketing or sufficient related work experience.
• 7+ years’ experience with consultative selling or Marketing.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical background.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Salesforce or other CRM Tool experience.
• Experience with multimedia including video production.
• Diverse sector & cross-selling experience.
• Experience with strategic business planning.
• Proven Business Development experience acquiring & managing complex customers & delivering results.
• Demonstrated ability to work with teammates, both direct & indirect and internal support functional teams.
• Business strategy and financial acumen.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Action orientated – Should be able to act based on strategies and feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
