About this position

The Snr. Supervisor Planning is responsible for managing and optimizing the production planning processes, ensuring effective coordination among various departments, and implementing improvements in production schedules.

Responsibilities

• To be able to plan processes Managing the production process very well
• Carry out preparation of relevant information and document information used in production planning and supplier Plater
• Carrying out the practice of designing schedule control schedules. To control operations and the quality of products produced
• Carry out reviews and improvements to daily / weekly / monthly and annual production planning
• Coordinate with relevant departments including purchasing department / production department / warehouse department and sales department to plan production
• Manage & Control out production control operations to meet goals
• Follow up on various problem reports and then report to Manager / Snr. Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor degree Any related field
• Experience at least 1-5 years of Planning faction
• Have knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 1949, ISO14001, ISO45001 Management
• Have knowledge Inventory system, Kaizen, Drawing, Excel
• ERP-MRP Experience and knowledge of capacity planning etc.
• Have knowledge Production capacity planning Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) Risk Assessment, Contingency Plan
• Safety level supervisor
• Leadership, 5S
