About this position

The Snr. NPD Engineer is responsible for leading continuous improvement programs, ensuring product timelines meet customer requirements, and optimizing processes for new product development.

Responsibilities

• To take leadership to perform and control based on continuous improvement Program Procedure
• To take leadership planning and ensure the FA product is carried out per timeline meet customer's requirement
• To take leadership for improving the process control the produce new product sample ( FA)
• To take leadership planning and coordinate with process internal (Machine, QA, VO, Store) and External plating
• To take leadership perform the process optimization for improving the product quality and productivity with supplier plating
• To take leadership design sub lot traveller and format first article inspection (FAI) for new product (FA)
• To take leadership perform the process optimization for improving the product quality and productivity
• To take leadership update the KPIVs for QMS, EMS and SMS Management System
• To take leadership perform any other jobs as assigned by Asst. NPD manager, Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Chemical Engineering or related field required
• Experience 5 year up
• To able to read, interpret and write the drawing. Experience new product development. first article part
• To able to using the computer and program (Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Sodic work, Minitab)
• To able to operate and control and improving the CNC Machine Auto latching process
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Knowledgeable about Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
