About this position

The Asst. FQC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing FQC control procedures, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting various quality assurance activities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform all FQC Control base procedure
• Weekly summary report for FQC overall %LAR and update to QA manager acknowledge
• Issue quality alerts and highlight internal and external problems
• Control and monitor 5S, safety of the company rules, inspection area, equipment as IQC Room
• Create and follow format, work instruction, procedure, and quality manual for QMS, EHS & OHSAS system
• Authorize the release of conforming parts for the next process after head department approval
• Quality assurance and controlling any other jobs as assigned by the head section or up
• Control of record FQC DATA, material certificate from supplier
• Summarize internal problems and supplier non-conformance and report to QA Engineer
• Perform manpower planning and attendance summary report and report to QA Manager
• Respond to quality trainer for new VO with OJT training cause and visual inspection criteria
• Skill matrix evaluation and continual re-performance to all FQC Staff
• Support to QA Engineer & NPD Engineer for new product summit process Ex: APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC & PPAP packages
• Acknowledge the basics of QC 7 Tool & AQL Sampling Method
• Internal audit/auditee for QMS, EHS & OHSAS management system
• Supplier Quality Engineer jobs and responding to yearly audit summary report, audit follow-up report for QA Manager acknowledgment
• Control of record cleanliness DATA in process lab test from supplier

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering field or related
• Experience 5 years minimum
• Basic equipment, drawing equipment, calibration experiences, computer, ISO system visual inspection by 3x, 10x magnifier, microscopes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have leadership skills, 5S
