About this position

We’re looking for a meticulous, highly-organised and friendly individual to join our global, diverse team as our Product Design Executive in Bali. The product executive designs inspiring itineraries for current and prospective clients and supports the product designer in developing innovative travel products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure itineraries are presented to a high standard, written in excellent English and in the agreed itinerary format
• Understand the requirements of our B2B customers and be able to meet their needs in the product offering proposed
• When required support the Product Designers in developing travel products (experiences, day tours & multiday itineraries) in line with brand standards, ensuring they both stand out from the competition and are commercially sound.
• When required, conduct product familiarization trips to support in the development product & showcase it to other team members and agents
• Adhere to One Best Way standards to manage and maintain client programs and pricing and correspondence in the product file share

Requirements

• A Bachelor degree or 2 years experience in product development
• Travel industry and Discova destination knowledge
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Travel to or in our destinations or prior experience living in them is a plus
• Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong commercial acumen and analytics
• High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills across culture
• Able to work independently or in a team environment
• Willing to travel on business when required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
