About this position

We are looking for a savvy, innovative and conscientious individual to join Discova as a Contracting Coordinator, playing a critical role in supporting the Regional Contracting Leader with administrative work on supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Contracting Leader (and Contracting Manager/Executive where applicable) with administrative work on supplier management to ensure supplier information is up to date, accurate and adheres to Discova’s excellent business standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to support contract management, product sourcing, supplier relationships and cost savings.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or 1+ years’ experience in travel or contracting.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• An approachable, open-minded personality with great interpersonal skills.
• Pro-active and solution focused, turning problems into a resolution quickly.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to adapt and adjust to changes fluidly.
• Solid collaboration and communication skills (both verbal and written) across cultures.
• Assertive and inquisitive. You ask questions and consult with stakeholders when needed.
• Able to work independently but also collaborate in a team environment to help everyone achieve high quality results.
• Willing to travel on business when required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Discova’s systems would be an advantage.
• Personally aligned with Discova’s company purpose and values.
