About this position

The Research & Development (R&D) Analytical Supervisor position requires a Pharmacist with experience in Analytical Development R&D in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in analysis and research for product development, be independent, have high initiative and responsibility, possess good leadership and communication skills to manage the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop analysis methods for developed products
• Inspect trial samples
• Validate analysis methods, create validation protocols and reports
• Inspect raw material samples of active substances and finished products
• Inspect stability samples
• Communicate with formulation and QC team regarding analysis

Requirements

• Pharmacist by profession
• Experience in Analytical Development R&D in the pharmaceutical industry
• Interest in analysis and research for sustainable product development
• Independent with high initiative and responsibility
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage the team
