About this position

The System Analyst is responsible for performing analysis, design, and proposing solutions for complex systems, while leading development teams and ensuring quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing analysis, design, & propose solution
• Generate FSD (ex. System Design Architecture, API Contract, functionality mockup)
• Lead, monitoring & controlling Dev FE BE progress & quality of Delivery
• Generate Conceptual scenario for SIT & UAT

Requirements

• Experience as Dev > 6 Years
• Experience as Functional > 6 years
• Experience Handle ERP project (Esp. Logistic, retail, distribution & Integration to SAP or others ERP)
• Must Have Experience lead Dev Team BE FE
• At least 4 years experience in complex system implementation, including project planning & tracking, requirement gathering, impact assessment & analysis, translate business requirement to system logic, testing, & documentation
• Excellent knowledge of database design, process flow diagram, UML, query language SQL, API contract, micro service & monolith
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, team oriented, and willing to work hard to get the job done within the deadline.
