About this position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, learning and development, and operational tasks such as visa and work permit management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in the onboarding process, helping to prepare documentation and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
• Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including enrollments, updates, and terminations.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
• Assist with visa and work permit applications, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining a welcoming environment and managing office supplies.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures under the guidance of the HR team.
• Help prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed.
• Support the HR team in various operational projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR processes.
