About this position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in various HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the HRBP in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
• Manage visa and work permit applications for employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining a welcoming environment and coordinating office supplies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Help prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed.
• Support the HR team with various operational projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in HR administration or a related administrative role is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
