About this position

Digital Alchemy is seeking a Campaign Developer to be responsible for client outcomes and the execution of campaign design, briefing, optimisation, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring best practice campaign design, build, QA & execution on time and as per campaign brief.
• Providing guidance / consulting on improvements that can be made to campaigns both new & existing.
• Taking ownership of all communications between analytics, data, channel and other technical teams to ensure all the building blocks of a campaign are put together accurately, on time.
• Work together with senior consultants in a consultative and strategic approach to deliver strategic solutions from campaign designing, briefing, optimisation and experimentation.
• Prioritise multiple tasks and document business requirement specifications on campaign management tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain holistic understanding of clients and therefore be able to effectively present dynamic solutions.
• Work with senior consultants and the greater team to analyse client data, current campaigns and insights to identify opportunities and areas for additional projects to add value.
• Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with end to end marketing campaigns in Marketing Automation platforms.
• Experience operating in Marketing Enterprise Software is a PLUS (E.g. Salesforce Pardot, Adobe Campaigns, Braze, and Oracle Eloqua etc).
• Strong understanding of SQL and database relationship management, having worked with large and complex data sets.
• Experienced in using SQL to manipulate and aggregate data as needed for optimal journey & content builds.
• Dynamic and strategic thinker with a background or experience in marketing.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
