Business Development Executive
About this position
As a Business Development Executive at Digital Alchemy, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth by establishing lasting relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping drive the business to new levels of success.
Responsibilities
• Identify and Engage: Leverage your communication skills to connect with potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and professional networking events.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, escalating them to the Sales & Presales team to support the sales process.
• Create Targeted Outreach: Develop and implement effective outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, etc.) to generate interest and attract new leads.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their business challenges and goals, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Market Insights: Analyze customer profiles and utilize sales tools to gather insights that will facilitate the identification of potential leads.
• Confident Product Introduction: Develop a strong understanding of our marketing technology platform to confidently introduce it to prospective clients.
• Drive Success: Successfully coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Sales team, ensuring a seamless handover.
• Company Representation: Act as a company ambassador at industry events, webinars, and workshops, generating new leads and fostering professional relationships.
Requirements
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred. However, we welcome candidates who are highly motivated and passionate about building client relationships.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and can effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Competency in MS Office or Google Suite, and a willingness to adopt new tools that enhance sales effectiveness.
• Relationship-Building Skills: You are personable, approachable, and excel at building rapport with others.
