Senior Account Executive / Senior Client Service Executive
About this position
The Senior Account Executive / Senior Client Service Executive is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, building relationships with clients, and supporting the development of communication strategies and creative work.
Responsibilities
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle and be responsible for winning new business.
• Building good working relationships with client and agency contacts.
• Attending client briefings and gathering relevant data to support the development of communication strategies and creative briefs in response.
• Supporting the development of creative work by documenting client feedback and attending creative review meetings.
• Monitoring project deadlines and budgets, identifying and communicating potential changes that may be required.
• Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
• This includes initiating contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company’s products and services, and identify sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology.
• Interact and negotiate with key decision-makers of the client’s business in a complex sales cycle.
• Track all opportunities and customer details Adapt to the overall sales strategy as defined by the company.
• Build and maintain relationship with existing customers.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Digital agency experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command in English and computer literacy.
• Proactive and practical.
• Skilled at determining priorities and allocating time and resources effectively.
