Sale Manager (Travel)
About this position
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement all Sales activities including plan and action to reach and exceed set targets
• Budgeting and profit
• Generate new potential customers.
• Maintain customers of the travel trade segment through various sales activities like face to face sales, telephone calls, entertainment, etc.
• Consult with customers and propose for package to fulfill their demand.
• Provide accurate, easy to understand information about travel route, package, and related products.
• Collect customer's feedback, analyze for future package improvement.
• Maintain close communication with events management team in the negotiation process of their accounts.
• Coordinating with related internal, external persons.
• Reports and sharing difficulties to report line, create for solutions together
• Supervise team (future assigned)
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• You should be holding a degree in sales & minimum two years post graduate work experiences, ideally within the hotel industry.
• You must be a computer literate with excellent presentation skills and highly sophisticated communication skills, written and oral with proficiency in English is essential and any other language skills beside will be an asset.
