Sale Manager (LP)
About this position
The Sales Manager (LP) will work closely with the Head of Business Management to develop and implement sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve the company's sales goals.
Responsibilities
• Work with the Head of Business Management to agree on sales strategy, activity, budgets, and targets
• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
• Analyze and monitor market, key clients, competitor activity
• Find and solve the client's paint point
• Manage key client relationships, develop business, and participate in closing strategic opportunities
• Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth
• Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in IT/Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• 10 years of sales experience which includes a minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position
• Experience in Digital & Technology, IT/System Integration
• Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business, with expert management of the sales process from the prospect to close the deals
• Ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations
• Strong analytical skills, project management, and technical acumen
• Attractive personality and excellent human relations skills
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and method
