Business Development Gaming
About this position
The Business Development Gaming position is responsible for overseeing the P&L and operations of gaming businesses, leading initiatives from end-to-end, and driving growth and innovation in the gaming sector.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for P&L and Operations of Gaming businesses.
• Lead Gaming business from end-to-end, including special projects.
• Oversee gaming-related communications.
• Collaborate with internal parties: own-channel and partnered channels to ensure gaming propositions are well presented to customers.
• Lead business development, both commercial and technical, to secure new growth and innovation.
• Managing the complete lifecycle and maximizing the revenue of multiple game titles.
• Make everyone on the same page with the ability to provide advice to colleagues in the right direction.
Requirements
• At least a total of 6 years of experience in leading team(s), and 3 years of relevant experience in gaming industry with specialization either in commercials, product management, and/or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, economics, or related fields. MBA/Masters preferred but not required.
• Strong track record of strategizing and implementing go-to-market plans including but not limited to GTM Strategy, Communications, and Executions, preferably in the digital marketing domain and Digital marketing and media experience will be highly valued.
• Proficiency in Growth hacking, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Innovation Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, proven track record of strong project management abilities, strong emphasis on innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation, growth hacking experience.
• Strong command of English. Chinese language skill a strong advantage.
