About this position

Provides leadership and oversight to the fulfillment organization, handling the company's distribution centers, warehouses, demand planning, customers, and other stakeholders. Strives to minimize overall supply chain costs without compromising quality or reliability of supply.

Responsibilities

• Guides and executes the fulfillment function with the help of teams supervisors in performance of fulfillment and demand planning duties spare parts across the length and breadth of Thailand.
• Ensures team decisions are made with full understanding of broader parts availability and Supply Chain strategic objectives.
• Oversees communications and discussions between repairs, fulfillment and services teams, key business stakeholders and transportation company representatives - ensuring a shared and mutual understanding of the objectives, challenges and potential changes.
• Monitors vendors ensuring coordination and alignment as necessary to achieve both cost and fulfillment objectives.
• Engages with transportation vendors, as required, to facilitate adjustments and foster proactive planning.
• Monitors and coordinates with the repair center manager for output to ensure smooth working and parts availability.
• Responds to escalated vendor, supplier and transportation issues.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies and government regulations, including Department of Transportation (DOT) or other governing body requirements.
• Engages broader Supply Chain / Procurement management to define, develop and execute performance and cost initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Typically has 7-10 years of experience in Logistics and typically 3-5 years leadership experience.
• Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
