About this position

We are looking for an exceptional Key Account Manager who will be responsible for handling On Trade (On Premise) channel in Krabi, Phang Nga area, responsible for the realization of sales objectives, and maintain relationships with those accounts in order to achieve profitable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good customer relationship in Krabi, Phang Nga Area to deliver the accounts’ growth in sales & profit base on company’s budget and priorities;
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with assigned accounts;
• Negotiate and acquire trade contracts that align with overall DMHT sales strategies;
• Responsible for assigning sales target volume, NSV and GP to achieve targets and objectives;
• Manage A&P budget, product mix, and collect sales information from each accounts;
• Drive and be accountable for Sales Driver execution target in assigned area;
• Work with customer marketing, using past information and learning from best practice to develop best-in-class activation program for customers;
• Partner with Authorized Dealer (AD) team to seek new opportunities and strengthen the business;
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
• Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Ability to analyze data and market trends;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers;
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
