Assistant Key Account Manager - TT (ชัยนาท - ประจวบ)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Sell-Out Forecast: Analyze and forecast sell-out performance for assigned accounts, aligning with targets and current market conditions, and reporting to the supervisor.
• Sales Brief & Training: Attend monthly sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and company initiatives.
• Sales Performance (KPI Achievement): Achieve performance KPIs across various areas, including:
• Sell-Out Target: Drive assigned accounts to achieve quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
• Journey Plan (Revise & Approve): Develop and submit store visit plans to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) within the defined timeframe and conduct visits as scheduled.
• Maximum Capacity Outlets: Visit outlets appropriate for the assigned area and those managed by sales representatives, according to set targets.
• Productive Calls: Increase the number of accounts meeting the minimum purchase volume as defined by the company.
• Assortment & 365 Activation: Ensure appropriate product listing according to company guidelines and execute all assigned sales activities within managed accounts.
• QDVP3 Work: Verify and ensure that accounts have the correct sales drivers in place.
• Promotion & Activity: Communicate promotional activities to accounts and drive their participation to achieve set targets.
• Promotion Claim: Process and submit promotional budget claims and activity budgets accurately and within accounting deadlines and contractual agreements.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of account sell-out data on a monthly basis.
• Market Update: Collect and report information on sales activities within the assigned territory and competitor activities to the supervisor on a monthly basis.
• Competitor and New Outlet Survey: Conduct market surveys within the assigned sales area to identify new potential accounts and visit competitor outlets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1-2 year’ sales experience in consumer product or related field;
• Target oriented, dynamic, proactive, and independent
• Agile and adaptable outlook with strong influencing communication and interpersonal relationship skillsets
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with analytical capabilities
• Interested in working within nightlife scene
