Sales Support and Steering Team Leader
About this position
Responsibilities
• Leading all sales steering related activities for DGF Thailand.
• Coordinate and ensure implementation of commercial/pricing strategy including planning, key initiatives, systems, tools and budgets.
• Coordinate with the regional steering team and implement new sales steering initiatives in the country.
• Supporting Country sales head with updated sales performance metrics and analysis.
• Support sales channel heads with reports for performance management.
• Responsible for setting day-to-day operational objectives for the team for the development of proposals and commercial/pricing programs to understand customer needs, determine appropriate commercial/pricing for the business and enhance the competitive position of the business offerings.
• Track and provide input to the process for price setting, analysis and review of commercial/pricing requests to achieve the highest quality standards and internal controls.
• Review analysis of profitability and rate levels for existing and potential business and commercial/pricing and provide management reports.
• Research and assist management in providing recommendations for commercial/pricing decisions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of experience working in Freight Forwarding Industries.
• Good in English communication.
• Good negotiator and Analysis Skills.
