DHL is seeking an Oceanfreight Export Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of the OFR Export Team, ensuring customer requirements are met and fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities
• Manages and drives performance of OFR Export Team.
• Drives achievement of OFR Export team KPIs.
• To makes timely and appropriate choices bases on accurate analysis and experience.
• Processes, handles and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.
• Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
Requirements
• At least 5-6 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Strong in Ocean Freight Export from Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.
• Good communication in English.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Good MS office skills and CW1.
