About this position

We are seeking an Ocean Freight Export Specialist to manage shipping documentation and ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Processes, handles and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.
• Performs booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product.
• Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
• Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.

Requirements

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics or any related field.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of OFR Forwarding Business.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills; MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and cooperation with all levels including management.
• Can-Do attitude.
