DHL is seeking an Ocean Freight Export / IWS Specialist with a strong background in ocean freight export and customer service to join their logistics team. The role involves managing sea freight bookings and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
Responsibilities
• Perform sea freight booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product.
• Verify document in the scope of sea export (Creating a draft of shipping instructions, verifying B/L, and sending B/L to customer)
• Create and confirm transport orders to ensure pick up of the shipment at origin.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of working experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry with a strong Ocean Freight Export background.
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
• Strong Ocean Freight Export especially Customer Services and Booking.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and manage multiple tasks.
