About this position
The Field Sales Specialist, Ocean Bulk is responsible for winning, retaining, and developing medium-sized business customers while managing their needs and gathering market information.
Responsibilities
The position is responsible for:
• Wins, retains, and develops medium-sized Business Customers.
• Plans and manages medium-sized Business Customers.
• Gathers customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions.
Requirements
Selection Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Business Management, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing from Freight Forwarder.
• Good understanding of the forwarding industry and deep knowledge of Bulk liquid (Flexi tank + ISO Tank) or having experience in Chemical / Oil & Gas products.
• Excellent ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in English.
• Able to use MS Office proficiently, especially MS Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and strict timelines.
• Own Vehicle.
