Customer Implementation Specialist
About this position
The Customer Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting and driving the implementation of customers, ensuring compliance with procedures, and facilitating successful onboarding of customer implementations.
Responsibilities
The position is responsible for:
• Support & drives implementation of customers and ensures compliance to implementation procedures.
• Supports successful onboarding of regionally managed customer implementations in country.
• Ensures all customer requirements are fully understood, can be met, and are documented.
• Gathers information required to fulfil implementation.
• Interacts and communicates with key stakeholders to align, e.g., Sales, Product, Customer.
• Coach consistent and effective application of the process excellence methodologies and share knowledge.
• Monitors and steers on country implementation KPIs and delivery against defined targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or MBA in Business Management, Logistics or and related field.
• At least 3-5 years’ experiences in Freight or Logistics with strategic business planning, Customer Relationship Management and Project Management background.
• Have experience in working and accomplishing tasks within a cross-functional/matrix type organization.
• Team Player with Excellent Communication Skills.
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
• Good computer skills and MS Office, Advanced Excel skills advantageous.
