About this position

The Sales Support Team Leader is responsible for managing sales order processing, maintaining customer data, and supporting the sales team through data analysis and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control sales orders processing, customer contracts, commercial compliance, discount and rebate process
• Maintain an accessible and organized customer and billing data on sales database
• Perform data entry, collection and analysis in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data to support sales team where required
• Liaise with internal stakeholders in sales, commercial team and finance for any matter related to sales
• Manage Sales Support team’s performance and report on metrics, team motivation as well as providing necessary coaching and training
• Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of job experience in related role
• Strong analytical, administrative and communication skills
• Good command in English
• Able to operate MS Excel to handle large quantities of data using spreadsheets, graphs, data tables, calculations, and automation
• Having experience with SAP and Salesforce will be a plus
