About this position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading maintenance activities, ensuring optimal operation of equipment, and maintaining effective relationships with production managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage/Leader maintenance
• Provide technical phone support and field response to equipment issues
• Recommend on-site preventive & curative scheduled maintenance to ensure optimum operation and a minimum of downtime
• Provide detailed technical documentation relating to all functions performed by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Maintain and develop successful relationships with production managers
• Coordinate with local authorities on any necessary paperwork
• Inventory management i.e., ordering components and parts
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite workflow
• Leading improvement projects in terms of OEE, cost saving, and efficiency improvements
• Supervise the maintenance team in India plant

• Planning PM activity of machine, and other support tooling.
• Monthly report maintenance activity and other related tasks to Manager.
• Planning proper stock level of machine spare parts, and other related tooling.
• Coordinate with International / Local vendor for providing spare part support production.
• Conducting corrective, preventive maintenance to improve activities for all production equipment.

• Monthly report breakdown time and find proper solution to prevent breakdown re-occurrence.
• Production daily meeting to define priorities.
• Assists staff with technical issues and problem solving.
• Supervise a team of technicians to perform improvement and maintenance of all machines to support plant operation.
• Project Improvement planning and follow strictly by priority.
• Direct the activities of construction, installation, maintenance, and development of factory equipment.

• Participate in coordination of projects.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Track and manage maintenance KPIs.
• Keeps track of all tools & machines data and spare parts for system record

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in an engineering role
• Required excellent communication English skills.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Microsoft Office / CMMS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
