About this position

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects using Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to meet the company's KPIs, enhance production processes, and support innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Driving Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma methodology and Improvement Project to meet the company's KPI.
• Enhance and support the production and business process to achieve the company's KPI.
• Lead and Initiative the continuous improvement project to improve productivity, quality and business process.
• Responsible on company cost saving with owner KPI department though monthly cost saving.
• Initiative an innovation project for process, quality, productivity improvement.
• Lead and coordinate with suppliers or internal department to make an innovation project.
• Others as requested by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Industrial Engineer or a related field such as mechanical or systems engineering, operations research, systems analysis, quality control, manufacturing processes, statistics, and optimization.
• At least 3-5 years of Manufacturing experience in Industrial engineering or Continuous improvement engineer (preferable in Electronics or Automobile industry, others also welcome).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SPC/KAIZEN/LEAN method.
• Excellence in MS Office especially MS Excel.
• Inquisition mind / Creative Thinking / Problem Solving.
• Must be able to present and explain findings, improvements, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
