About this position

The Transducer Engineer is responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing transducer production processes while providing technical support and training to team members.

Responsibilities

• Create and review transducer specifications; create work instruction document of transducer production,
• technical report writing and presentation reports.
• Analyze transducer data, test, and make suggestions on measures to optimize design.
• Guide and assist the Researcher and Mechanical Design Engineer to develop and improvement transducer production,
• provide technical training and support to transducer technician.
• Works closely with the transducer technician team leveraging their problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Perform root cause failure analysis with assistance team.
• Assist in coordinating and planning of projects to meet the teams' objectives.
• Lead of test automation solution designs and architectural decisions
• Have knowledge building and maintaining with semi-automation/automation.
• Applies advanced analytical abilities in performing required analyses to identify problems, develop appropriate solutions and implement with available resources to complete complex assignments.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher in Science of Materials, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• New Grads are welcome or 1-2 years of experience in transducer design and testing or equivalent Proven experience in the areas of
• transducer production, manufacturing, and failure analysis.
• Good communication skills in English and presentation skills including project planning, documentation of
• technical requirements, and technical presentations.
• Prefer experience with sourcing and/or production.
• Practical work with metal powders and epoxy materials where an experience in production of materials
• from metal powder is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and resolution to solve complex problems.
