About this position

ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าช่างซ่อมบำรุง (Test Yard Maintenance Specialist) มีหน้าที่ในการดูแลและประสานงานการบำรุงรักษาในสนามทดสอบ รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมและการสนับสนุนทีมงานด้านเทคนิค.

Responsibilities

• To supervise and Coordinate Test Yard Maintenance Schedule.
• To compile a database of electrical diagrams for all control boxes/panels and circuits around the test yard.
• To oversee and supervise Test Yard Maintenance Technician.
• To respond on daily general maintenance report to the Mechanical Supervisor.
• To determine correct methods and compile method statements for carrying out all tool & equipment’s Test Yard support services.
• To assess, specify and test correct equipment for carrying out pipeline inspection services.
• To be Electrical specialist will conduct electrical function checks of all MOV valves (Infinity loop) and pump control panels monthly.
• To train Test Yard Maintenance Technicians in basic electrical maintenance.
• To serv, maintain and repair Dexon Test Yard tool & equipment to ensure all equipment are ready and meet to the SOW and other requirements of the project.
• To coordinate with related departments to ensure getting effective results/ progress can be achieved.
• To attend job related training on an ongoing basis.
• To provide training to teams for pump operation, equipment maintenance is support of ILI and pipeline services.
• To work in compliance with company quality procedures.
• Able to act as Supervisor of Technician team for Pipeline Services.
• Be computer skilled in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Project, Auto Cad, Solid Work, etc.
• Possess an analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Show leadership skills and a willingness for continued learning.
• During times when there is no electrical maintenance to be done, and/or there is a large amount of mechanical maintenance to be completed the Maintenance Specialist will support when and where possible.
• Responsible for analyzing method statements, specific procedure, JSA’s, risk assessments and report.

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or Vocational college.
• Experience: 5 years’ experience in pipeline and/or maintenance and related field with mechanical background and/or inspection.
