Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership in Joint R&D Initiatives:
• Lead the identification and development of joint R&D partnerships that align with Dexon’s technological goals and commercial growth targets.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure research initiatives meet market needs and contribute to Dexon’s competitive edge.
• Feasibility Studies and Market Opportunities:
• Oversee feasibility studies for new technologies, services, and potential commercial ventures, guiding the team in evaluating market demand, financial viability, and competitive positioning.
• Deliver insights on market trends, industry shifts, and customer demands to shape Dexon’s commercial strategies.
• Third-Party Tool and Service Integration:
• Lead efforts in identifying, evaluating, and developing third-party tool partnerships to enhance Dexon’s product and service offerings.
• Ensure that third-party integrations meet Dexon’s quality standards and operational requirements through rigorous testing and evaluation.
• Yard Testing and Concept Validation:
• Manage yard testing of third-party services and new concepts, ensuring they meet industry and Dexon’s performance standards.
• Drive concept proving and validation processes for innovative solutions, documenting results and assessing readiness for full-scale adoption.
• Commercial Strategy and Partnership Development:
• Develop and execute strategies to establish long-term, high-impact partnerships with key industry players.
• Lead negotiations and relationship management with external partners to expand Dexon’s market presence.
• Cross-Functional and Project Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, R&D, and project management to ensure the alignment of commercial projects with company objectives.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers to oversee project timelines, budgets, and successful completion of commercial initiatives.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a high-performance, innovative, and collaborative culture.
• Set departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team accountability and alignment with Dexon’s strategic priorities.
Requirements
• Non-Thais are welcome.
• Education: Master’s degree in business bachelor’s degree or similar in business, Engineering, or a related field; a or a technical field is preferred.
• Experience:
• 5++ years of experience in commercial development, business development, or a related role within the oil & gas or technology industries.
• Proven experience in managing joint ventures.
