Operations Excellence Leader
About this position
Dexon Technology PLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Excellence Leader to oversee and manage a diverse team responsible for critical support functions within our Oil & Gas Inspection services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of our technical capabilities, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a multi-functional team comprising Data Analysis & Reporting, Firmware & Software Development, Pig Fleet & Tool Production, Engineering & Quality & Fleet Testing, Logistics, Supply Chain & Cost Control.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee team member development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure the efficient and effective execution of support functions, including data analysis, software development, tool production, engineering, quality assurance, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Optimize operational processes to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
• Implement robust quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the In-Line Inspection operations team to align support functions with operational goals.
• Partner with the Commercial Development team to support joint research and development initiatives, feasibility studies, third-party tool development, and third-party services.
• Work in conjunction with Research & Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless integration of support functions.
• Oversee and manage projects related to data analysis, software development, tool production, and engineering.
• Define project scope, develop project plans, and track progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with support functions.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
Requirements
• Proficient in English communication skill.
• Non-Thais are welcome.
• Master's Degree, bachelor's degree or similar in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years ++ of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing diverse teams and delivering results.
• Strong technical expertise in data analysis, software development, and engineering principles.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
