Deputy Director of International Sales

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute an international sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities in global markets and establish effective sales plans to capture market share.
• Lead, manage, and motivate an international sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term growth.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to the executive team.
• Support the team in complex negotiations and high-value deals.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and finance teams to optimize the customer journey and ensure sales success.
• Represent the company at international events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
Requirements
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven success in international sales management, preferably in ILI industry.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, international environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading a high-performance, geographically dispersed sales team.
• Strong understanding of international markets, cultural dynamics, and regional sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to be based in Banchang, Rayong.
