The PIMDA OTC position involves planning, implementing, evaluating, and analyzing market dominance strategies for OTC Dexa products in the area according to the established strategies.
Responsibilities
• Analyzing potential and risks in the area to supervise team work plans
• Developing area work plans in line with directives and strategies to achieve targets
• Conducting joint visits and addressing issues with the team in the area
• Visiting relations to maintain good relationships
• Evaluating the implementation of personal and team work plans in the area and providing recommendations for improvement
• Providing instructions, monitoring work activities, and developing team members
Requirements
• Minimum D3 education in any field
• 3 years of experience as a sales officer or similar in consumer health or pharmaceuticals
• 2 years of experience as a sales supervisor in consumer health or pharmaceuticals
• Placement location: Tasikmalaya
