About this position
Responsibilities
• Melakukan proses pendataan dan pencatatan dokumen keuangan tepat waktu
• Memastikan dokumen yang diterima akurat dan lengkap
• Memastikan dokumen keuangan disimpan dalam file yang sesuai
• Menyiapkan dokumen yang diperlukan dan berhubungan dengan proses kerjanya
• Membuat laporan atas dokumen yang telah diterima
Requirements
• Pendidikan S1 Akuntansi
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai admin staff (Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar)
• Mampu melakukan dokumentasi dan filing data
• Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office (khususnya Excel)
