About this position
The Supplements Sales Representative is responsible for meeting sales targets, providing consultation and information to customers, maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers, and promoting company products and services.
Responsibilities
• Meet sales targets set by the company
• Provide consultation, answer questions, and provide information to interested customers
• Maintain good attitude, perseverance, and customer service mindset
• Follow up with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction
• Continuously order company products and services to maintain sales
• Identify new target customer groups, visit customers, and propose new products according to company goals
• Must be able to drive and have a personal vehicle to meet customers outside the designated location as required
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or related field
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience
• Good attitude towards sales and customers, with a passion for service and sales
• Knowledge and understanding of the company, products, and competitors
• Ability to study product information to create sales opportunities
• Good personality to create customer trust and confidence in company products
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Experience in selling supplements, especially OEM, is a plus
• Able to work Monday-Saturday from 9:00-18:00 (Work from Anywhere on Saturdays, alternating with sales schedule)
• TOEIC score of 450 or higher
