About this position

Position as Head of Research and Development for Supplement Products at Nong Wathana 19, responsible for planning and developing research projects to create new supplement formulas, coordinating with marketing and production departments to ensure product quality and safety standards, managing R&D team, and communicating with customers for product presentation and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop research projects to create new supplement formulas that meet market and customer demands
• Monitor trends and innovations in the supplement industry to apply in developing new product formulas
• Coordinate with marketing and production departments to ensure developed products meet quality and safety standards
• Supervise supplement production experiments to test product efficiency and safety
• Analyze experiment results and adjust supplement formulas accordingly
• Prepare documents and reports related to research and development processes
• Control and manage the R&D team to execute planned activities
• Review and certify that developed supplement formulas comply with relevant regulations and standards
• Communicate with customers to present products and receive feedback for product improvement
• Plan and allocate resources within the R&D team to complete research and development projects on time and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in research and development of supplements or related products in an OEM factory
• Understanding of supplement development and production processes, regulations, and relevant standards
• Good team and project management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and coordination with various departments
• Basic computer program and research tool skills
• Knowledge of marketing and customer needs in the supplement industry
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and innovative thinking in developing new products
