About this position
Position of Sales Manager responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and expand market according to company goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan and set sales strategies to increase sales and expand market according to company goals
- Supervise and coordinate sales team activities, provide guidance and training to sales staff
- Analyze market and sales data to develop competitive strategies and improve sales methods
- Set sales targets and monitor sales team performance to meet set goals
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop and implement sales promotion campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including meeting customers and monitoring sales results
- Coordinate with production and delivery departments to ensure products are ready for delivery as per customer orders
- Control sales budget and expenses in sales activities to be efficient and cost-effective
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales results, and report performance to management
- Listen to and resolve problems arising from sales and customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of work experience in Sales Manager position
- Ability to lead a team and motivate team members
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with customers and company
- Creative thinking in sales and marketing strategy planning
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing and sales
- Other tasks as assigned
- TOEIC score of 450 or higher
