Quality Engineer Officer (FTR & Warranty Claim)
About this position
The Quality Engineer Officer (FTR & Warranty Claim) is responsible for collecting field quality information, leading verification activities, and analyzing claims to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Collect field quality information from customer (FTR and Warranty Claim).
• Lead on-site verification activity with customer to verify root cause and collect problem information.
• Cooperate with plant site and manage investigation schedule complying with customer KPI.
• Review investigation result and report to customer.
• Proactively analyze top claim / abnormal claim products and conduct activity with customer to verify cause and provide countermeasures.
• Periodically works at customer office (TOYOTA Samrong Plant) as Resident Engineer for close collaboration and active communication.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with GPA >2.75.
• Experience in Automotive Quality Assurance or Quality Control or Quality Engineering will be advantage.
• Good command of English (Minimum TOEIC score 550 points up).
• Able to drive and have driving license.
• Good communication skills and fast learner.
• Candidates with experience in Power BI, DAX, Power Automate skills will be given preferential consideration.
