QA Engineer – Customer Claim (1 Year Contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Supporting Quality Management in terms of customer handling (requirements, complaints and improvements).
• Contact and coordinate with external customer and motivate internal to improve quality from customer's quality criteria or standard.
• Support Team for take the Corrective Action and analysis problem.
• Support investigation customer claim part and warranty claim and summarize the report.
• Support Follow up all activities and document support 8D report.
• Support All Customer Activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields.
• At 1-4 years up of work experience in Customer claim field.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Good communicate in English.
• Have a well coordination and interpersonal skills for both internal and external department.
