Responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment routinely, mentoring others as needed by following defined production processes and plans to meet targets.
• Perform preliminary maintenance on equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality, promptly reporting specific issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and alert relevant personnel to unusual findings, deviations, malfunctions, or predictable issues, such as shortages, obstacles, needs, or unsafe processes that cannot be resolved; record problems according to established procedures and standards.
• Maintain a safe and efficient workplace, following plant safety regulations, Company EHS guidelines, RC Requirements, ISO 9001 Quality System, EFfCI GMP, Halal, RSPO, and Energy Management standards.
• Be capable to operate multiple operation units as required to support smooth production operations.
• Record collaborative activities within the department accurately and completely.
• Ensure good housekeeping in the working area by adhering to 5S principles.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products as required.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor’s major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of production processing/operations/manufacturing.
• Forklift driving license is required.
