Customer Quality Engineer (Project Manager)
About this position
Act as business contact window between customer and manufacturing plants for customer complaint handling, process change request, new model preparation, customer & external audit and quality improvement to achieve customer & company expectations & targets.
Responsibilities
• Manage customer complaint & lead problem resolution
• Manage & lead achievement of process change request project, new model preparation, customer & external audit
• Manage & lead achievement of quality improvement activities at manufacturing plants
• Support superior to make a strategic plan to be complied with customer's requirement, company’s policy and target
• Prepare and control the budget, department organization and manpower
• KPIs monitoring and report to superior & Top management
• HR Development
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree of Engineering
• More than 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Customer Quality Engineering in Automotive industry
• Experience in managerial roles is required
• Knowledge of QC Tools, 5 Why, 8D Analysis, IATF16949
• Good command of English communication in business level
• Excellent in problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in MS Office & Power BI and Digital tools is a plus
