The IT Planning & Strategy Staff is responsible for supporting the strategic planning and management of digital resources within the Innovation Department, ensuring alignment with innovation goals and organizational priorities.
• Assist in developing and executing IT plans that align with the innovation department’s objectives and the broader organization’s goals.
• Participate in outlining clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs for digital initiatives within the department.
• Collaborate with department heads and teams to ensure digital resources and technologies support innovation projects effectively.
• Manage and optimize digital tools, platforms, and IT infrastructure to ensure they meet the current and future needs of innovation projects.
• Track the utilization of IT resources to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in line with budget constraints.
• Ensure the availability of IT resources required for successful execution of innovation initiatives.
• Support digital innovation projects, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and technical resources are aligned and managed properly.
• Coordinate with the IT team and project managers to assess resource needs and help prioritize IT resource allocation.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring IT-related budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of digital resources and minimizing unnecessary costs.
• Provide input on resource allocation and expenditure forecasts based on project needs and departmental priorities.
• Monitor digital resources for potential risks, including cybersecurity concerns, ensuring compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
• Conduct regular audits of digital tools and infrastructure to maintain optimal performance and compliance.
• Provide regular reports on the utilization of digital resources, project progress, and budget adherence.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of IT systems, projects, and resource allocation for reference and audit purposes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems or a related field.
• Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning in an IT context.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and their potential business applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
