The Technical Support position in Neroktog, Tangerang City, Banten Province requires a candidate with a maximum age of 35 years, at least 2 years of experience as a Forklift & Spare Parts Technician, proficiency in English (both spoken and written), a minimum of a D3 degree in Engineering, and good initiative, pro-activeness, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Act as a PIC to relay customer complaints to the principal, including preparing technical reports according to the principal's standard form template.
• Communicate effectively the handling of complaints to the field technician team.
• Understand how to read Electrical Wiring and mechanical drawings.
• Learn about new systems or tools based on materials provided by the principal, such as videos or PPT docs.
• Create Warranty Claims for damaged components to the principal, following the principal's template and procedures.
• Develop simple training materials related to products for the Service Team if there is a training request from customers.
Requirements
• Maximum age of 35 years.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Forklift & Spare Parts Technician.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) for communication with the principal abroad.
• Minimum D3 degree in Engineering.
• Good initiative, pro-activeness, and communication skills.
