About this position
To work with Operation Manager in setting departmental goals and objectives and also be responsible in leading a section to ensure effective implementation of the departmental goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Your main role is to:
• Set up goals and practise plan to make department goals achievement.
• Check practise plan and solve problem to make department achievement.
• Verify the implementation of quality system for continuous improvement.
• To established, implemented, maintained, and improvement the department OPI to meet Factory OPI.
• Reduce COPQ of manufacturing process.
• Effective handling failure analysis process to nonconforming product.
• To manage and development of department human resources with training center.
• To do the spare part management per SOP.
• To do the idle machine fixed asset management per SOP.
• To do machine acceptance process per SOP.
• To promote the disciplinary use of data analysis and graph throughout department job function.
• To be as process owner role for offer problem to be six sigma project and control phase implementation.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Good command of speaking, reading and writing in english.
• Working experience 5 years in design and improve process, equipment, machine.
• Able to maintenance management and human management 20 persons up.
• Strong problem-solving skills in quality system implementation and continuous improvement.
• Experience in OPI establishment, maintenance, and improvement.
• Familiarity with COPQ reduction strategies in manufacturing.
• Proficient in failure analysis processes and nonconforming product management.
• Ability to manage human resources and training programs effectively.
• Knowledge of spare part and idle machine management per SOP.
• Experience with machine acceptance processes and SOP compliance.
• Skilled in data analysis and graph utilization for process improvement.
• Six Sigma certification and project management experience preferred.
