Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bangna KM.36)
About this position
Responsibilities
Your main role is to:
• Manage the hiring process ensuring that staffing requirements are satisfied in the most timely and cost-effective manner
• Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization’s staffing needs and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures as/when needed
• Supervise talent acquisition and guideline within the team.
• Conduct internal audits of recruitment processes within the organization.
• Coordinate external audits of recruitment processes with customers or authorities.
• Handle and analyze recruitment reports using excel and internal system.
• Sources and develop a pipeline candidate against job requirements.
• Utilize networking and sourcing resources including social media platforms and tools in driving candidate/employment brand awareness
• Manage and develop recruitment tools and systems
• Develop recruitment strategies, employer branding and hiring plans
• Participate in employer branding projects and events.
• Other recruitment or talent acquisition related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or other related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Recruitment or Talent acquisition
• Good command in Thai and English communication skills. (meetings and presentations)
• Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Advanced Excel functions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases
• Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and in the manufacturing environment.
