Delta Thailand has also been aggressively growing our solution businesses in EV chargers, industrial automation, data center infrastructure and energy management in the region.

About this position

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will be a part of our teams and help us improve quality management.

Responsibilities

Your main role is to:
• Implementing quality control plans.
• Assisting in maintaining and adjusting quality inspection standards.
• Assisting in handling quality abnormalities and executing tracking of countermeasures.
• Assisting in training and coaching new engineers.
• Customer communication and account management.
• Support reports to customers and management.
• Interface between customer and production.
• Attend and lead customer telecon.
• Assisting project planning and coaching execution.
• Familiar with the IATF 16949 standard and the 5 core tools, such as FMEA, CP, SPC, PPAP, APQP.
• Master the common quality problem analysis skill, such as 5why, QC 7 tools, 8D, etc.
• Good at communication with cross function team.
• Fluent at speaking, reading and learning in English. Knowing Chinese is a plus.
• Have rich experience in dealing with internal and external quality issue.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or another related field.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in the QA field.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Able to communicate in Chinese Language is a must.
