About this position

The job holder reports to the group leader and is responsible for supplier quality management and raw material quality improvement, interacting with various functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Assure the material quality according to the material specification.
• Follow up the SCAR to close on time, then pass the corrective action to concern party.
• Cooperate with supplier QE as to the material quality problem and the change.
• Cooperate with PMC department to drive supplier performance to get the best quality of incoming material.
• In charge of material quality issue and verify the supplier corrective action is effective.
• To cooperate with PMC for stock management that concern to material quality issue.
• Maintain SAP such as QM view inspection characteristic inspection plan etc.
• Perform regular audit supplier by use supplier audit list open issue follow up and request for improve the quality system.
• Review and follow up supplier continuous improvement plan for supplier that low quality performance.

Requirements

• Solve the raw material quality problem, both from supplier site or production line feedback.
• Make sure the corrective action of supplier are in placed and effective.
• Mark sure suppliers are fully understand and has follow the requirement of Delta.
• Motivate team to perform to the best of supplier performance.
